Chrome and Edge extension · coming soon

FlowOS, wherever you work.

The FlowOS Companion puts your agents one click away on every site: it drafts your replies in Gmail and Outlook on the web, summarizes the open page, translates, rephrases and fixes text, with no copy-paste and no tab switching.

ChromeEdge

Available now for pilot companies (installation managed by your IT department).

A companion, not another tab.

Your days happen in the browser: email, CRM, internal tools, client sites. The Companion brings FlowOS there, with the same models, the same caps and the same rights as in the app.

On every site

Web mail, CRM, intranet, LinkedIn: the Companion opens where you are.

Agents, not a chatbot

Six ready-to-use agents: Assistant, Pro email, Summary, Translation, Customer follow-up, Meeting prep.

One shortcut

⌘ ⇧ K or a click on the icon: the panel opens on the side.

Under your control

It only reads the page when you ask it to.

What the Companion does.

Mail

Reply without leaving your inbox

In Gmail or Outlook on the web: the agent reads the open thread and drafts the reply in the tone you choose (cordial, formal, concise, warm, firm but polite), then inserts it in the compose box. You review, you send.

Assistant

Ask the open page

Summarize the page, pull the key points, have it explained simply or translated, then ask your questions: the conversation continues in the panel.

Trad

Translate a selection

Right-click a passage, then Translate: the translation appears in the panel, ready to copy or insert.

Scribe

Write better, anywhere

Right-click a selection: rephrase, shorten, fix or reply. The result replaces the selection in the text field.

Agents

ERP customer context

If the page, the selection or the email mentions a customer known to FlowOS ERP, their record is added to the context, filtered by your ERP role.

Documents

Save to FlowOS

The result becomes a document in the FlowOS “Companion” folder, with a link to open and share it.

Agent mode

Hand over a task, FlowOS does it in the tab.

Describe what you want done: FlowOS takes over the tab, fills in, clicks and reads for you, explaining each step. It stops before any submission, payment or approval to ask for your confirmation.

Example tasks
Register the company on a supplier portalFill in a form with a customer recordCompare a product’s price on three sitesCollect the contact details of ten companies into a table
Confirmation before acting

Payment, booking, submission, publication, deletion or accepting terms: nothing goes out without your approval.

Never your secrets

Passwords, bank cards, IBANs and codes are never typed or sent to the model: you fill them in yourself.

Instant stop

Stop button in the page or the panel, Esc key or Alt+Shift+X.

Protected sites

Banks, online payment, taxes and health are excluded by default, and every new site asks for your permission.

FlowOS security, in the browser.

Reads on demand

The Companion only reads a page when you start an action. No background collection.

Your rights, your rules

Sign in with your FlowOS, Google or Microsoft account: same models, same caps, same usage log and same FlowOS ERP rights as in the app.

Excluded domains

Exclude sites in the options, or let your company enforce its own list: on those domains, nothing is read or sent.

Managed rollout

Company-wide install through Chrome and Edge policies, with the FlowOS server address and excluded domains enforced.
