These terms of use (the “Terms”) define how the thinkingplatforms.com website (the “Site”), published by Laystone Group SAS, which operates the Thinking Platforms and FlowOS brands, may be accessed and used.
Full details of the publisher, the publication director and the hosting provider are given in the legal notice.
By browsing the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
The Site presents the FlowOS and FlowOS ERP offers, intended exclusively for professionals (companies, organizations and their employees). The Site is not an online store: no order can be placed on it.
Pricing is provided on quotation. Access to and use of FlowOS are governed exclusively by the contractual terms signed with each client company (agreement, specific terms and data processing agreement), which prevail over these Terms and over any information on the Site.
The Site is free to access for any user with an internet connection. Access and equipment costs remain the user's responsibility.
Laystone Group SAS endeavors to keep the Site available at all times, without any obligation of result. Access may be suspended, restricted or interrupted at any time, in particular for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure.
You agree to use the Site fairly and lawfully. The following are prohibited in particular: any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, any action likely to disrupt its operation, automated and large-scale extraction of its content, and sending unlawful or misleading content or unsolicited messages through the forms.
The information you submit through the Site's forms must be accurate and relate to you or to your company.
The interface mockups, demonstrations, examples, scenarios, people and companies shown on the Site for illustration purposes are fictitious, unless otherwise stated. Any resemblance to existing people or companies is coincidental.
Time-savings or productivity estimates are indicative: they depend on each company's context and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Features, integrations or products marked as available “soon”, in preparation or upcoming are presented for information purposes. Their content and availability date may change, without any commitment from Laystone Group SAS.
The information on the Site is provided for general purposes and may be changed at any time. It constitutes neither a contractual offer nor legal, financial or technical advice.
The Site and all its content are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Laystone Group SAS or to their respective owners. These Terms grant you no rights over this content, other than viewing it for your information.
The applicable rules are set out in the legal notice.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, for example those of publishers of connectable tools. Laystone Group SAS has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content or their personal data practices.
Laystone Group SAS uses reasonable means to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Laystone Group SAS cannot be held liable for unavailability of the Site, indirect damage resulting from its use, or use by a third party of the information it contains. Each user is responsible for protecting their equipment and data against viruses and intrusions.
The processing of data submitted through the Site's forms and the use of your browser's storage are described in the website privacy policy.
Laystone Group SAS may change these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site when you consult it, with its update date.
These Terms are governed by French law.
Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute between professionals relating to the Site or to these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. Disputes relating to the FlowOS offers are governed by the provisions of the contractual terms signed with each client.
As the FlowOS offers are reserved for professionals, the consumer mediation scheme provided for in Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code does not apply to their sale. If you consult the Site as a consumer, you retain the benefit of the statutory jurisdiction rules applicable to you.
