Which tools do agents use today?

Outlook and Gmail email (reading, draft replies), Outlook and Google calendars, Teams and Zoom meeting transcripts (minutes), Slack and Microsoft Teams (agents in channels), HubSpot contacts (in FlowOS ERP) and FlowOS ERP data within your permissions. Other tools are connected for your teams; agent access to them is set up on request, with our AI engineers.

Can agents write to my tools?

In a limited way, always under your control: a draft reply in your mailbox (never sent automatically), a document saved in FlowOS, a message in an enabled Slack or Teams channel. Anything else is scoped with our AI engineers.

Does my data stay confidential?
