Roll out FlowOS successfully.

Build your AI strategy and implement FlowOS step by step, supported by the Thinking Platforms team and, if you wish, by a partner system integrator.

AI strategy

Start with the strategy, not the tool.

A useful AI strategy comes down to a few clear decisions: where AI helps your employees, with which data, under which rules, and how you will know it works.

Scoping

Your processes

The repetitive, document-heavy work where AI saves time, one business line at a time.

Your tools

Email, calendars, meetings, documents, ERP: what FlowOS needs to read and where it should act.

Priority use cases

A few cases to start, chosen for their value and how easy they are to implement.

Data and confidentiality

What agents may use, a confidentiality level per client account, hosting and model providers.

Measuring success

Simple indicators set before the pilot: time spent, turnaround, quality of deliverables.

Governance

Roles

Administrator, manager, member: everyone sees and does what concerns them.

Rights

Private or shared agents, roles per project, consumption budgets and caps per agent.

Audit log

Sign-ins, shares, rights changes and model calls are logged and available to administrators.

Human review

Agents prepare, your employees review and decide. Nothing goes out without approval.

The method

Five steps, at your pace.

Each step has a goal and a deliverable. The schedule is set with you, case by case, based on your company.

  1. 01

    Scoping

We start from your processes and tools to choose the first use cases, the data involved and how to measure success.

  2. 02

    Pilot

One team, a narrow scope, a clear measure. The first agents work on your documents, with human review by default.

DeliverableMeasured results and a decision: extend, adjust or stop
  3. 03

    Training

Onboarding for each team, on site or remotely, with your own documents: best practices, business agents, chains and scheduled tasks.

DeliverableTeams that work on FlowOS on their own
  4. 04

    Deployment

Rollout to other teams and business lines, with each person's roles, rights and connections.

DeliverableFlowOS in place across the company
  5. 05

    Follow-up

FlowOS AI insights track time saved, costs and estimated ROI. We adjust agents, budgets and priorities with you.

Frequently asked questions.

How long does a pilot last?

Case by case, depending on the company: the scope, the number of employees and the tools to connect. The duration is set with you during scoping, along with the indicators that will decide what comes next.

Do we need an integrator?

No, it is not required. The Thinking Platforms team can support you directly, from scoping to follow-up. A partner integrator helps if you want local support, broader strategy consulting or a deep integration with your IT.

How much does the support cost?

Custom quote, based on your company: scope, number of employees and support. We define it together in a first meeting. See the Pricing page.

How is our data protected during deployment?

The same rules apply from the pilot onwards: roles and rights per employee, a confidentiality level per client account, an audit log, hosting and model providers defined with you. Full details on the Security page.

Who trains our teams?

Our AI engineers, or your partner integrator trained on FlowOS. Training takes place on site or remotely, with your own documents, and is tailored to each team.
