Plugging FlowOS into your information system

3,000+ connectable tools, and what agents already use: email, calendars, meetings, Slack, Teams and FlowOS ERP.

An agent is only useful if it can reach the right information. In a company, that information is spread across email, calendars, the CRM, the ERP, the accounting tool and document spaces. FlowOS connects to these tools to cut down on exports and copy-paste.

3,000+ connectable tools

Office and storage (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), communication (Slack, Teams), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), finance (SAP, Sage, Pennylane), HR (Workday, Lucca, PayFit), legal (Docusign, Doctrine), project management (Notion, Jira), data (Power BI, Snowflake) and automation (Zapier, Make, n8n): the list covers the tools companies use most.

What agents use today

Outlook and Gmail email (reading emails, draft replies never sent automatically), Outlook and Google calendars, Teams and Zoom meeting transcripts (minutes, decisions and actions), Slack and Microsoft Teams (agents called in channels, scheduled tasks posted to a channel), HubSpot contacts (in FlowOS ERP) and FlowOS ERP data, within each person's permissions.

How a connection works

For most tools, you authorize access with your own account, just as when you connect an app to Google or Microsoft. FlowOS only reaches what you authorized, and connection keys stay on the server, never in the browser.

What agents do with it

For example: writing the minutes of a Teams meeting from its transcript, then preparing the draft email to attendees; preparing a client meeting with the FlowOS ERP customer record; posting a summary to a Slack channel every Monday.

Your data stays in your tools. FlowOS fetches it when an agent needs it, with the rights you granted.

What about other tools?

Other tools are connected for your teams; agent access to them is set up on request, with our AI engineers. In-house software or a business tool missing from the list connects through its API, with your IT teams.
