How it works
The employee attaches their Excel or CSV file and asks their question. The agent identifies the relevant sheet and columns, applies the requested filters, calculates the result and displays it as a table, with a CSV export when the result is long.
Calculated, never estimated
Each answer states the filters applied and the calculation performed. If the question is ambiguous, the agent asks for clarification rather than assuming.
