A day with FlowOS: from the first email to the last deliverable

How an employee relies on their AI agents throughout the day, without changing the way they work.

The value of FlowOS isn't measured on one spectacular task, but on the accumulation of small tasks that eat away at the day: reading a document, summarizing it, reformatting it, preparing a meeting. Here is what a typical day with FlowOS looks like.

9 a.m.: get up to speed without rereading all your documents

Yesterday's meeting minutes still need to be written. The Meeting minutes agent turns the notes into a structured document: decisions, actions, owners. All that's left is to review and send.

11 a.m.: a new requirements document arrives

Rather than blocking out the afternoon to pick it apart, the employee drops it into the Requirements analysis agent. In a few minutes, they get the list of requirements ranked by priority, the risks and the points to clarify with the client, exportable to Word or Excel.

2 p.m.: preparing a client meeting

The Meeting preparation agent gathers useful information about the client and suggests a discussion outline. The employee arrives prepared, having spent their time thinking about strategy rather than hunting for information.

4 p.m.: write and file

The commercial proposal starts from a draft generated by the dedicated agent, directly in PowerPoint format. The day's deliverables are filed in the project folder, in the Projects Space, where the team can find them.

FlowOS doesn't do the work in place of the employee: it removes the repetitive part to leave them the part that requires judgment.

What really changes

At the end of the day, the employee has produced as much, even more, but spent less time reading and reformatting, and more time analyzing, discussing and deciding. That is exactly what we mean by augmenting a job.
