Scheduled tasks: the deliverable is waiting when you arrive

Schedule an agent at a set time for your recurring work: monitoring, reporting, summaries.

October 2, 2026·4 min read·Thinking Platforms

Some tasks come back every week, unchanged: Monday's regulatory watch, Friday's project report, the end-of-month budget summary. They don't take creativity, only consistency.

Schedule an agent

From a deliverable, the Schedule button reruns the same agent with the same instructions, at the frequency and time you choose.

A few examples

Regulatory watch every Monday at 8 am. The weekly project report every Friday. A summary of customer feedback every morning. The result is ready when the team arrives.

Get notified

When a scheduled task finishes, you get a notification in FlowOS, plus an email unless you've turned it off. The deliverable is filed with the others.

The budgets and caps set for each agent also apply to scheduled tasks: nothing runs without limits.

Ready-made tasks

To get started, FlowOS offers pre-configured tasks, such as a weekly regulatory watch. Just adjust the day, the time and the instructions.
