Working together in FlowOS: roles, approvals and sharing

Invite your colleagues, give each the right access, get a deliverable approved and share it outside the team.

September 30, 2026·5 min read·Thinking Platforms

FlowOS isn't used alone. A sales proposal goes through several hands, a client file is viewed by several people, and not everyone needs the same rights.

Admin, Editor, Reader

Admins manage the workspace, members and settings. Editors create, run agents and edit documents. Readers view deliverables without changing them. Everyone sees what they need, nothing more.

Get a deliverable approved

Before sending a document to a client, you can submit it to a manager. They approve it or send it back with a comment, and you're notified in FlowOS.

Share outside the team

A deliverable can be shared through a time-limited link that can be viewed without a FlowOS account. The link expires automatically.

Keep a record

The audit log records who did what and when: invitations, agent runs, documents, shares, permission changes. Useful for compliance and for understanding a file's history.

On access security: two-factor authentication and sign-in with your company Google or Microsoft account.
